A topic you can dive into and learn about to then immediately apply to create something Doing the Math truly believes will be useful in existing or future client projects. You are invited to share your findings with the team and potentially present the result to the client. Opportunities are created to grow in the direction you want to go and to learn things you are interested in.
In anything that you do, there is always someone available to think along with you. Even though you mostly work remotely, it never feels like you are alone.
